Return Material Authorisation Policy

If you experience problems with any of our equipment and have been unable to correct the problem, please contact the relevant account manager on +27 11 034 5300 or sales@alaris.co.za.

If it is determined that the unit(s) need to be returned to us for repair, an RMA number will be issued. Alaris Antennas will not accept any repairs without this RMA number.
